(4) Why his girlfriend was angry he didn't know at all. 普通でない語順であるが(目的語が前に来ている)、広い意味では倒置。このような文もあるということを頭の隅に入れておく程度でよい。
(5) The CEO made clear that his company was going to enter the smatphone market. SVOCの Oが長いので、後ろに置いた形。形式目的語の itを使って、The CEO made it clear that ...とすれば普通の形になる。
